When the money moves

Your first nights
24 hours
after the event ends, your share goes out on the next daily payout run, to your Stripe payout account.

After three real nights
Daily
released as tickets sell, with 10% held until the day after the event.

Money reaches your bank once your Stripe payout account is connected. Until then your share is held for you, not lost. Your first payout is also checked once by a person before it goes.

A door that needs no app

1Text your door person a link and six digits
2They open it and type the code once
3They are scanning. No account, no download, no training.
Works with zero bars, once it is openOpen the door link before doors and the guest list downloads to the phone. From then on it scans in a basement and syncs when there is signal again.
Paper backup, alwaysA printable guest list is ready before every night. If a phone dies, the door stays open.
A second scan shows redWith the time they first came in. Re-entry is your call, per event, and letting somebody back anyway takes a reason on record.
Look up a guestNo QR, no signal, no problem. Search by name, email or ticket code, or the last four of the code read aloud, and admit by hand with a reason recorded.

Your guests never make an account

Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a cardA few taps from your flyer to a ticket. No sign up, no password, no app.
The ticket lands in their inboxQR code included. Lost it? Find my tickets by email, in seconds.
Transfers that actually transferA guest can hand a ticket to a friend and the old one stops working.

Switching is not a migration

Run both, one doorPut 50 of your 300 tickets on Vessa and leave the rest where they are. Upload the Posh or Eventbrite guest list and one phone scans the whole night.
Your list stays yoursExport every guest and every order, any time, as a file you keep.
Tracking links and promo codesEvery rep gets their own link and a place on the leaderboard, and every promo code comes with a link that applies it. Nobody argues about credit at the end of the night.

Card processing is included in ours, with no monthly fee. Comparisons use each platform’s own published rates as of September 2026: Eventbrite 3.7% + $1.79 a ticket plus 2.9% payment processing; Posh 10% + $0.99 a ticket. Any other charge a platform adds is not counted, so the gap shown is the smallest it could be. Fees change, and that date is when we last checked them. Eventbrite and Posh are trademarks of their owners; Vessa is not affiliated with either. You can absorb our fee instead if you want a round number at the door.
