Try it on part of a night
You do not have to move anything. Keep selling where you sell, put a block of tickets on Vessa, and run one door for both. The morning after you will have the two numbers side by side and can decide with those instead of with a pitch.
Put a block on VessaHow it works
What the block would have cost
50 tickets at $20, on Posh’s published rate and on ours. The guest pays the same either way if you want them to; the difference is what reaches you.
Those 50 tickets cost you $97.50 in fees here. On Posh's published rates they would have cost $149.50, so you kept $52 more.
Our fee is $1.95 on a $20 ticket, so a guest paying it sees $21.95. Posh’s published rate makes the same ticket $22.99. Both figures come from the same place as the ones on why Vessa, which shows the full comparison including Eventbrite.
Nothing to pay until you sell. So the block above costs you nothing to set up.
What this does not do
- It does not move your existing sales. Tickets sold over there stay over there, and their money reaches you the way it always has.
- We never see that money and never show it as ours. Your Vessa numbers are Vessa’s tickets only, everywhere they appear.
- An imported guest is a name on a door list, not a Vessa ticket. Nothing about them is refundable here and they are not added to any mailing list.
- We cannot scan every other platform’s QR code. Where we can, we do; where we cannot, your door person finds them by name, which is one screen either way.
Or Eventbrite. We fill in the night from it, and nothing goes on sale until you say so.
