Where is my ticket?

Nearly always, it is in your email and the email is somewhere you did not expect. You can pull it up with nothing but the address you bought with.

Find my tickets

It never arrived

Check the spam folder, and search your inbox for Vessa rather than the name of the night. The email comes from us, not from the promoter, so searching the event name often misses it.

If it is genuinely not there, use Find my tickets above. It sends them again to the same address. You do not need the original email, an account, or the order number.

I typed the wrong email at checkout

This is the one case Find my tickets cannot fix, because the ticket went to an address you do not have.

If the confirmation page is still open, it has your tickets. Open each one and use Send to someone else to send it to your right address. One address can take two every ten minutes, so with more than two, send the rest a few minutes later.

If not, ask the promoter running the night. They can put the right address on your order and send the tickets again, and the door can find you by the name you bought under. Tell them the name of the event, roughly when you bought, and what you have. A card statement line is plenty. Their contact is on the event page.

My card was declined

Nothing was charged, and no ticket was issued. A decline is between your bank and the card network; we are not told why, so there is nothing on our side to unblock.

Worth trying: a different card, or your bank’s app, which usually shows the block and lets you approve it. Then buy again. If you see a pending amount from the first attempt it drops off on its own, normally within a few days.

I want a refund

All sales are final, with these exceptions. If the event is cancelled, every ticket paid by card is refunded in full, including our fee, and you do not have to ask. If it is postponed or moved, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the change. A charge that was wrong, or a ticket that never arrived, is ours to fix: email hello@vessatickets.com with the email you bought with.

Any other refund is the promoter’s choice. If your event did not happen and you have not been refunded within seven days, email us too, and we will make it. The refund policy has the detail.

Still stuck

Whoever is throwing the night sold you the ticket, and they are the one who can fix it. Their name and how to reach them are on your ticket and on the event page. Open either and look under Questions about this event.

Vessa sells the tickets on the promoter’s behalf and holds the money until after the event; the promoter runs the night and decides names and entry. For anything about the event itself, they are the quickest answer.
