Tickets arrive by emailShow the code on your phone at the door. Screenshots scan fine. Phone dead? Give the door your name or the email you bought with, and show your ID.
All sales finalUnless the event is cancelled, in which case every ticket is refunded in full, or postponed, in which case you can ask for a refund. Can’t go? Send your ticket to a friend from the ticket page, free. Refund policy
Payments by StripeYour card details never touch Vessa. Your statement will say VESSA.
